Find a quiet place and put your left hand on the back of dog. Then you raise your hand with certain force toward the dog with your order. After a little while, you will be able to remove the leash.
After successfully trained your dog, you can train him/her not to move. This act can go with sit order.
When your dog stars to follow your order to sit down you can also use a leash to control his/her movement with certain amount of strength.
He/she would eventually interpret your order to the action. After all you will be able to loss the leash.
Within a certain period of time, you would see that your dog will not move a inch even you are far away from him/her. That means he/she has trust you completely. Don’t forget to give your behaved dog a small treat. 【Lie down】 First of all, you will let your dog know what is lying down.
