Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear) GroomingGuideline 18: Shaving: Safety Rule 101
too thick to cut, too twisted to groom, my Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear)
is having a bad hair day. perhaps all the problems will be solved if i
just give him/her a nice good shower? NO! NO! NO!
unlike humans, Teacup Poodles (Teddy Bears) are naturally born with
long, thick and curly hair, and needs to be untied before sent
to shower to prevent the twisting from getting worse.

19: Showering with Twisted Hair
avoid showering Teacup Poodles (Teddy Bears) when their hair is
all tangled up to prevent the twisting from getting worse,
the first thing you (as their owner/private groomer) need to do is to
slowly untie those twisted hair with teeth combs and needle combs.
(please refer to Grooming Guideline 14: Hair Brushing Tools)
use a pair of scissors to remove those awfully twisted,
unfix-able dead hair from their bodies carefully if necessary.

showering a Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear) without brushing open
those twisted hair of theirs first is only going to make the situation
become worse and at the end owners might need to shave off
all of his/her hair to finally end the twisted-hair nightmare
of Teacup Poodles (Teddy Bears).
