generally speaking, any kind of human food despite varieties,
should not be fed to teacup dogs. especially food containing ___?___,
spices, chemicals and artificial add-ons to avoid causing overloads
in teacup dogs' livers and kidneys, some ingredients in these foods
can cause food poisoning in teacup dogs and other
much more serious health-related issues.

take onions for example, cooked or not are both going to affect
teacup dogs' circulatory systems (ie. red blood cells) which can possibly
lead to hematuria (blood in urine), anemia (lack of blood) or worse, death;
sharp objects such as chicken bones, even the smallest bits,
after being swallowed by teacup dogs, will cut through their
intestines and other internal organs and therefore the reason why
it's best not to provide human food to teacup dogs.
additionally, owners should also avoid mushrooms and other chewy and
difficult-to-digest food types because they are difficult to swallow
for teacup dogs and may cause blockage in teacup dogs' intestines.
