there it goes again,
the teacup poodle is biting on my favourite piece of furniture.
creating holes and marks on the table legs and edges of my bed.
what's worse is that they only do that when i'm away from home.
it seems those rubber toys i got them don't work very well.
is it because they are angry with me, or
is there something wrong with their teeth?
please help, before they eat up all the furniture in the house!!
Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear)
Guideline 41 : Biting Behaviour
some teacup poodles (teddy bears) would chew on the furniture
when left at home alone, but do you know why?
yes it can be a real pain in the arse for the owners when that happens.
not only it makes the edges of those nice furniture look all shattered,
the great danger hidden within those fallen pieces
is what worries the owners the most.
itchiness and painful feelings on the teeth and gums often occur
during teacup poodle's tooth development stage (4-8 months of age)
that they'd ___?___ to ease the uncomfortable feeling until
all their teeth are fully grown (after 8 months), and in most cases,
their behaviour of furniture biting will improve consequently.
nevertheless, some teacup poodles chew on the furniture because
they feel bored, frustrated or anxious, being at home alone.

before heading out, owners are strongly suggested to prepare
anti-depression toys for the teacup poodles to kill time with,
and also to distract their attention from a whole day's long,
boring waiting by the door; restrict their playground to an area
where a little bit of mess is acceptable for the owners.
owners should not yell at or punish their teacup poodles when they
return home to a whole lot of mess, otherwise the teacup poodles are
going to see it as a way of successfully getting your attention,
and for such reason, we guarantee they'd definitely do it again next time.

stop teacup poodle's behaviour immediately if you catch them biting
the furniture on site. alternatively, encourage their behaviour if you see
them chewing on the toys instead of your table legs as they should.
as long as the owner makes a clear statement about what's right or wrong
to do in the house for their teacup poodles, eventually they should learn to
show appreciation towards all the beautiful furniture in the house.
